Redesigning an organization based on customer and employee needs

SevenOne AdFactory designs its collaboration model for a new business field and therefore pioneering organisational design, applying service design methods.
SevenOne AdFactory, a subcompany of ProSiebenSat.1, faced with a market opportunity for digital services and 360 degree offers, was looking for working models and culture that would allow them to deliver seamless customer experiences and connected thinking and doing, making better use of creative resources in the process.

Following a user-centered service design approach, IXDS co-developed the external service offering. In a second phase, four teams of internal ambassadors were coached through an entire design process, designing solutions and prototypes based on insights, ideation and rapid prototyping approaches.


All key stakeholders were involved in designing a new service offering and a working model that supports the seamless customer experience. Team members designed four prototypes for a future organization and working models applying a service-design approach, changing the organization and learning in “real time”.
