Approach
During a one-day Executive Workshop, IXDS supported the top management team to reflect on challenges and ideate potential solutions. IXDS helped the group by introducing user-centered-innovation tools and designing seven minimum viable products (MVPs).
Result
As a group, the team developed prototypes for projects to be implemented within 5-6 weeks, serving as a basis for culture change in the collaboration of editors-in chief. Three of the prototypes were presented to the Board of Directors a few weeks later and received investment approval.
