  • You'll be responsible for maintaining a high quality of deliverables within our Experience Design Skill Cluster  (Interface, Industrial and Service Design, User Research, Storytelling, Legal Design and Brand Strategy)
  • You'll be a mentor and guide providing support for the team to plan, evaluate, and track their professional development
  • You represent and report the team needs in terms of budget as well as headcount and help to plan, shape, and sell projects
  • You'll be driving design innovations and delivery for our clients as well as the Experience Consulting department itself, building first class digital products and services with great user experiences
  • You will support our project teams in all stages from proposal to pitch through delivery and maintenance
  • You will work closely with our team on-site and be willing to travel to our other locations on a regular basis, SARS-CoV-2 permitting
  • You'll develop the Experience Center's offering and create new business opportunities together with the business development teams, our industry sectors
  • You maintain an environment that challenges traditional thinking, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition whilst fostering a climate of trust and respect
  • Ability to find a balance between process and speed on several projects and clients
  • You will be actively networking and have access to a large network of collaborators
  • You'll establish and develop a client relationship that lead to successful projects


  • You are a passionate and motivated Design expert in of our Experience Design Skills. You have additional expertise in some of the others fields of user-centered design, service design, mobile interactions, business modelling, UI design, UX design or tangible Interactions
  • You have at least 8-12 years of professional experience in building teams and solutions in an agency or corporate environment 
  • You have experience guiding and coaching teams and designers as a Design Lead or Creative Director but also like to get your hands dirty and jump in when needed.
  • You draw your intrinsic motivation from the ability to enable other designers to perform at their best
  • You are capable of critically assessing a product or service to pinpoint what it is that makes it great
  • You are a transformational leader, capable of driving change through an organization whilst nurturing strong relationships in ambiguous and challenging situations or the project and the client
  • You are great at building excellent client relationships and maintaining partnerships
  • An understanding of the client services mindset
  • You are experienced in customer management and client presentations
