As a Co-Entrepeneur in the Human Industries Venture at IXDS, Florian focuses on helping clients with identifying problems worth solving, framing opportunities, envisioning solutions, designing new business models and delivering results.
Before joining IXDS in 2016, he was the Head of the Academic Program for Entrepreneurship at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. During this time, he mentored early-stage startups and taught design thinking, lean startup methods and entrepreneurship to students and graduates.
Florian studied business management with a focus on service management, international business, and entrepreneurship and received his Ph.D. focusing on multidisciplinary innovation teams. He holds part-time teaching positions for entrepreneurship and design thinking at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship as well as for experience prototyping at the University of St. Gallen.
Florian is an optimist, who loves learning something new every day.
